Rob Balaam
Co-Owner
Rob was born and raised in Northern California. He received his interpreter training and graduated from San Diego Mesa College in 1991. Rob has been an interpreter for over 25 years and holds a CI and CT from RID. He has held leadership positions on the board of directors of both the local Northern California RID and the national RID Board, including Region Five Representative and Vice President. He is a trained and certified leadership coach, and also holds a BS degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University. Rob has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.

Angela Jones
Co-Owner
Raised in Gooding, Idaho, Angela moved to San Diego in 1988. She graduated from San Diego Mesa College in 1993 with an AA degree in American Sign Language Interpreting, and from the University of Phoenix in 2001 with a BS degree in Business Management.
Angela is a past-president of the national Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). She is nationally certified, holding a CI and CT from RID.
