Below is a list of documents that must be submitted by all Independent Contractors upon initial
onboarding. Additionally, current copies of all documents must be submitted annually, with the exception
of a W-9 (unless a name or other change requires a new submission).

You can get a copy of your RID card by logging into your Member Profile and clicking on “Printable Membership Card”.
Resume:
CEU Transcript:
You can download a copy of your transcript by logging into your Member Profile and clicking on “Download CEU Transcript”
